
Mr Ken Jones, OBE 27 years experience as a school Head Teacher and 4 years experience of supervising the work of English language assistants in Chinese Middle Schools. In 2000 he was honoured by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth with the award of an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for services to education in the UK.
Dr Mario Peters A graduate of the Universities of London, Edinburgh and Oxford. His early career was a research scientist at Oxford University, where he worked in space technology, developing scientific instruments for NASA space missions.
In 1997 he founded Oxford Science Studies, a private education organisation providing educational programmes for UK students seeking admission to leading British universities.
In 2003 he founded Oxford International College, a private institution in Oxford offering full time programmes to international and UK students seeking to enter British universities.
In 2005 he founded Oxford International Education as a vehicle for providing educational services to the international market.
Dr Tim Pound 11 years experience teaching in 6th form colleges, and 15 years work as a researcher and senior lecturer in higher education.
He holds a doctorate in Educational Studies from the University of Oxford, and has taught on undergraduate and graduate programmes, including teacher- training courses.
His research interests and publications focus on 16-19 curriculum and qualifications reform.

Mr Andrew Brown An Oxford University graduate, with Master's Degrees in Teaching English and in Educational Marketing, and 18 years experience in international education and English language teaching. He currently runs a number of different projects, including a large summer language school programme in Oxford each year.
